My learning experiences go beyond traditional workplace DEI training and work best alongside an in-depth action and change management plan. We work together to co-design a tailored experience that serves as a launching point for operationalizing equity and inclusion in your organization’s every day practices. I work to create learning spaces that are safe for learners to explore, make mistakes, and experiment with different ways of thinking.
